Partsmail stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to love every purchase. Within 30 days, if you are unhappy with any product for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund back to the original method of payment.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products must be returned in packaging that maintains the integrity of the product; products damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Why is an item showing not eligible for return?

If the order was placed more than 30 days ago,and any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. The items will no longer show as eligible for return.

I need to return an item that is damaged or defective.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange an item

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
